Beginning 2005, GGN received an ISO 9001:2000 certificate. With this certification a quality management system, that includes a mechanism for permanent improvement of the quality, is implemented. This improvement is based on our own observations of weak points and areas for improvement, but obviously your observations are also very important. Therefore we ask for your feedback at every available opportunity.
